you when you use our photo storage Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you and automatically through your use of the Service.
1.1. Data You Provide Directly
- Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address, password (hashed), and
display name.
- Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect necessary payment
processing
information (though actual payment details like credit card numbers are handled by a third-party payment
processor and are not stored by us).
- User Content (Photos & Videos): This includes all media you upload to the Service. This
is the core
data of the Service.
1.2. Automatically Collected Data
- Metadata: We collect file metadata associated with your User Content, such as file
size,
creation
date, camera model, and geolocation data (if embedded in the file and not stripped by you).
- Usage and Log Data: Information about how you use the Service (e.g., login times,
features accessed,
files uploaded/deleted, device type, IP address). This helps us monitor, diagnose, and improve the
Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide the Service: To store, retrieve, and display your User Content and to
deliver
core
functionalities like sharing and organizing.
- Service Improvement and Analysis: To monitor and analyze usage patterns to diagnose
technical issues
and improve the speed, security, and features of Photobop.
- Communication: To send you service announcements, security alerts, and administrative
messages.
- Enforcement: To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and
safety of
Photobop and its users.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data or User Content to third parties. We only share information in the
following limited circumstances:
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party cloud hosting providers (e.g.,
major cloud
infrastructure platforms) to store your data, and we use external payment processors. These providers
are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we define.
- Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so
by law, or if
we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our
rights or property, or prevent illegal activity.
- With Your Consent: We will share your User Content with others only based on the
sharing
permissions
you explicitly set (e.g., sharing an album link).

We use industry-standard security measures (including encryption-at-rest and in-transit) to protect your
information. However, you must understand that no data transmission or storage system can be
guaranteed to
be 100% secure.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. We expressly disclaim any and all
liability for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable
control.
5. Your Choices and Rights
5.1. Content Deletion
You may delete your User Content from the Service at any time. We will initiate the deletion of your content
from our production systems shortly thereafter, though copies may persist in backup storage for a limited
time.
5.2. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your entire account via the app settings.
